By accepting the shipment, you confirm that you have received the correct and undamaged product. Note: Due to the nature of the product, we receive complaints within 5 days of the product reception and only the damage occurred during the production process could be subject of complaint. Each order is packed individually, with full attention and precaution. The courier service is responsible for a damage caused during the transport. For clothing items, follow the size chart, replacement for another size is not possible. We accept justified complaints and depending on your requirements, we can replace the product or refund the money. In case of return of goods and refund to the customer, who has previously paid via one of the payment cards listed on the Behemotcrtastvari store, in a partial or in full amount, the refund is made exclusively via VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices of the Products are stated in US Dollars on the Website.
All payments made via online payment by payment card will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in US Dollars into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
The Company is entitled to modify the price for the Products at any given time without notifying the Users. The Users are required to pay for the Products in advance, through PayPal or by payment cards. Users are required to follow the payment instructions stated in the Website.
Behemotcrtastvari uses the official postal service of Serbia (JP “Posta Srbije”) as the carrier. Shipping rates will vary depending on the size of the item and in your country. We strive to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, and we offer greatly reduced shipping rates on multiple item orders. We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages, but we will do our best to try and track them down for you.
The estimated delivery time is 7-14 days for Europe and 10-30 days Overseas, it represents the expected time of transfer and delivery. Delivery deadlines do not include the date of the postal item reception, Saturdays, Sundays, and days of public and religious holidays that are celebrated as non-working holidays in the Republic of Serbia and in the country of destination. Time of possible detaining of items at the customs is also not included in the deadline.
Shipping delays may occur due to Covid-19, international orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Thank you for your patience. Stay healthy!
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
We are not responsible for the collection or refund of any extra fees for customs or payment processes such as import taxes, IOF and administrative fees that may apply in a destination country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
SHIPPING IN SERBIA
Shipping is done via Post Express, though it’s “The next day” delivery option. All orders are processed and shipped up to two working days from the date when the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
